Luster guarantees protection and window films, nano-ceramics, vinyl films and peelabe paint to be installed professionally using European and American products.

The warranty covers the first customer/first owner of the car at the time of requesting the service.

The nano-ceramic coating that was applied to the interior of the car is guaranteed for a period of one year in accordance with the warranty claim conditions mentioned below.

Luster guarantees the nano-ceramic coating that was applied to the exterior of the car. The warranty period is determined according to the chosen product, for the first customer/first owner of the car at the time of requesting the service, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warranty claim mentioned below.

Luster guarantees the paint protection films installed, based on the warranty policy of the company distributing the product, to the first customer of the car at the time of performing the service.

Luster guarantees the window films that are installed on cars ,based on the warranty policy of the company distributing the product, to the first customer of the car at the time of performing the service.

Luster guarantees vinyl films to change the exterior color of the vehicle ,based on the warranty policy of the company distributing the product, to the first customer of the car at the time of performing the service.

Luster guarantees paint protection, window and vinyl films for the following:

Color change, peeling, failure of adhesion, oxidation. The warranty allows the installation of a new replacement for films, if damage is covered by the warranty, free of charge if the damage is covered under the warranty, for the customer/first owner of the car when the service is performed in accordance with the warranty claim conditions mentioned below.

Luster guarantees the peelable paint on cars for a period of five years for the customer/first owner of the car upon performing the service.

Luster guarantees the peelable paint will be removed and will not affect the original paint if the base surface was not sprayed three months (90 days) before the applying our peelable paint.

Responsibilities and Warranty Coverage Requests:

The warranty booklet, should be stamped by Luster, must be presented with the original purchase invoice. Without it, we will not be able to accept your coverage/ waranty request.

This warranty covers only the first customer/ owner of the car at the time the service is carried out.
The client must visit Luster periodically every six months for free maintenance of the films and nano-ceramics to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of the warranty.

Internal stickers on door sill must be present on the driver’s side to keep the warranty coverage.

All of Luster products and services must be used in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Installing the product in a manner that violates the law or misuse of the product invalidates the warranty without restriction or condition. The authorized agent and distributors in the Kingdom are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product.

Luster has the right to photograph/ videos vehicles and services provided to the vehicle for the purpose of documentation and using them on social media for any purpose.

Luster is not responsible for any malfunctions that occur to the vehicle or its accessories while it is in the center unless it is proven that the malfunction is related to the service provided by the center to the customer and the claim is made before the car leaves the center after the service is completed.

In no event shall Luster be liable to Buyer/Owner in tort, contract or otherwise, for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, statutory, punitive or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, Loss of benefit, loss of time, loss of revenue, inconvenience, loss of business opportunity, damage to goodwill or reputation, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Arising out of, or as a result of, the sale, delivery, service or use or loss of use of the products sold under this contract, or from any liability of the Buyer to any third party in connection therewith

The warranty does not include the following:

For window films, the warranty is voided if damage occurs due to opening the car windows after 48 hours from installation.

For paint protection films, the warranty is not considered valid until the customer returns for inspection after installation within a maximum of 7 days, and the customer is committed to regular maintenance every six months and having the warranty card stamped.

In the event of failure to comply with the periodic inspection, the warranty will be voided, as well as in the event of placing any product on the film, such as dust sanding “tagbera”or any chemicals that lead to changes of its color or intentional damage. Note that over time, natural factors, such as washing, may cause slight loosening at the ends, which is treated by cutting during periodic maintenance and not by changing, provided that its size does not exceed 3 cm.

The company is not responsible for any damage to the car as a result of installing paint protection films if the parts of the car were sprayed or painted within three months (90 days), where the customer must inform the company.

If there was spraying or painting and the customer did not inform the company, the warranty will be voided without any right for the customer to make any claim.

Failure to remove vinyl films after four months for horizontal surfaces and three years for vertical surfaces after their installation, as this may case defects in the original paint of the car in the event of delay in removing them.

The use of harmful substances on Luster products installed, such as chemicals, scratching the product with a sharp object, water stains, damage from manual washing or using automatic washing, which cause scratches due to not using microfiber towels or not being clean.

Damage from dirt or dust/sandstorms during travel, or the effects of stone ships on the road, and parts damaged by accidents.

Failure to visit Luster center within the specified period and loss of the warranty document.
